Basic Information

Each 40DW module is cooled by up to 3 In-row cooling units (ICUs). A 16 rack 40DW module with 3 ICUs provides N+1 cooling unit capacity for rack loads up to 15kVA. For lower average rack loads, one ICU can be eliminated without compromising redundancy

Basic Information

Power and cooling attachment points as well as data cable pass-through locations are located on a common wall of the MX3 module.  This allows multiple modules to be placed side-by-side for maximum space utilization, and allows for a common corridor to be used to supply power, cooling water, and communications connections.


Each 40DW module is cooled by up to 3 In-row Cooling Units (ICUs).  A 15 rack 40DW module with 3 ICUs provides n+1 cooling unit capacity for rack loads up to 15kVA.  For lower average rack loads, One ICUs can be eliminated without compromising redundancy.
